Agreement
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit seat requests. Backend Service Architect (“we”, “us”) provides educational training in technical analysis focused on support and resistance mapping.
Services described
Pages describing cohorts, labs, mentorship, curriculum, and pricing are informational. Submitting a form does not create a paid enrollment. A separate confirmation and agreement may be issued before any paid training begins.
Eligibility
Training is intended for adults who understand that market education does not guarantee trading results. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you in your jurisdiction.
No investment advice
Our content and sessions teach mapping methods. They are not personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or signals. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Curriculum materials, templates, recordings, and site content belong to Backend Service Architect or our licensors. You may use materials provided to you for personal learning during and after enrollment as stated in your training agreement. Redistribution, resale, or public republication requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit malicious content, or harvest contact details for unsolicited outreach. We may refuse or terminate access for abuse.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Korea, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on educational content. Our total liability related to site use is limited to amounts you paid us for training in the three months before the claim, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
